Possible emergency use of 3760kHz in Poland

Following recent flooding in the South-Western part of Poland, and a continuing flood threat to the region. The DASR emergency group http://www.dasr.za.pl/ is reporting that 3760 kHz may be used for emergency communication.

Please, keep this frequency clear if you'll hear any emergency traffic.
